Trademark law

The ODEALIM figurative trademark is registered by the Odealim group with the INPI under no. 5007742. As such, any person proceeding without the express and prior agreement of the Odealim group to the presentation, reproduction, nesting, distribution and rebroadcasting, in whole or in part, of the said trademark shall incur the penalties provided for in articles L713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Copyright

The content of the Site, visual and graphic charters, texts, photographs, diagrams, illustrations, logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs are the property of the Odealim Group. Otherwise, Odealim Group holds the rights to use them. They may not be reproduced or used without the express prior consent of the Odealim Group.

Similarly, the insertion of hypertext links pointing to all or part of the Site is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Odealim Group.

The use, reproduction and exploitation of any element of graphic design (photographs, images, texts, etc.) and, as a general rule, of all elements of publication on the Site are prohibited without the prior consent of their author.
