Odealim, a leading national player specializing in real estate insurance brokerage, and Artémis courtage, an expert in financing which in just a few years has become a preferred partner of banks and borrowers, today announced their merger. This union crystallizes their shared desire to capitalize on the complementary nature of their expertise, and to make Odealim France’s leading real estate insurance and financing consultancy group.
The integration of the Artémis courtage group into Odealim is a genuine growth driver for the two companies, and will enable them to benefit from a broad and diversified national offering to support professionals and private individuals across the entire real estate value chain, from the search for financing to that of specific insurance (loan insurance, unpaid rent guarantee, multi-risk building insurance, etc.).
Thanks to Artémis courtage’s network of 90 branches across France, Odealim has significantly strengthened its territorial coverage, opening up new prospects in areas where the group has hitherto been able to act only through the digital channel. In addition, by adding Artémis courtage to its historical expertise, the Odealim Group now covers a wider range of real estate activities. It thus consolidates its unique positioning and, consequently, its stature as a benchmark player in the real estate market.
For its part, Artémis courtage is taking advantage of this symbiosis to enrich its range of services and seize the opportunity to benefit from additional resources to pursue its own development, particularly in terms of increasing its influence throughout France.
Artémis courtage, which has been expanding rapidly since its creation in 2009, will continue to operate under its own brands and under the management of its founder-managers, and will pursue the strategy it has pursued for several years, based on organic and external growth, with the constant aim of covering all its customers’ needs in terms of financing and protection against the risks inherent in real estate investments.
For Odealim, – backed by its shareholders, the investment fund TA Associates and its management since 2018, and most recently the company Raise Investissement already present alongside Artémis since 2018 – this marriage is part of its significant external growth dynamic and adds to the 17 other transactions carried out by the group since 2016, including 9 since the beginning of 2020.
