Odealima leading national player in property insurance brokerage, today announced the acquisition of Globale Assure, a brokerage based in Tours, and founder of Batiassure.fr, a specialist property insurance website for private individuals. Over and above the benefits of a new presence in the Centre-Val de Loire region, this acquisition will enable Odealim to strengthen its presence in the Construction market, and to respond more broadly to the needs of real estate professionals, wholesale brokers and private individuals, all of whom are increasingly using web solutions.
With the acquisition of Globale Assure, Odealim will benefit strategically from Odealim’s digital know-how and expertise, as it continues to nurture its leadership in the French property vertical. Globale Assure generates 90% of its sales in property insurance for individuals. This is a double advantage for Odealim, which will be able to conquer new markets throughout France, while expanding its presence in the Centre Val de Loire region.
