Odealim, a leading national player in real estate insurance and financial brokerage, today announced the acquisition of Brun Vidal Dutripon and SCA Brun, brokers specializing in multi-risk property insurance (MRI) and guarantee of unpaid rent (GLI). These acquisitions consolidate Odealim’s position in the Lyon region as a leading broker of real estate risk coverage for rental management and condominium management professionals.
Brun Vidal Dutripon and SCA Brun, headed by Olivia Brun, Caroline Ragain and Axel Vidal, bring an additional 44,000 lots covered by unpaid rents and over 1,000 buildings into the Odealim fold. Odealim’s Lyon branch now accounts for more than a third of the intermediated property insurance market in the Rhône département.
