Odealim, a leading national property insurance broker, today announced the acquisition of Assurgérance, a broker also specializing in property risk protection. This merger will enable Odealim to increase its presence in the Lyon area and open up new prospects with key accounts.

With the acquisition of Assurgérance, Odealim pursues its external growth dynamic, favoring the integration of new skills and the development of partnerships with major institutional groups.
A broker founded over 20 years ago with the ambition of providing insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of real estate and property development professionals, Assurgérance opted for digital solutions in 2007, with the aim of supporting its clients in the digital transformation of their practices, and enabling them to work easily with its customers throughout France and overseas.
Thanks to its expertise and uniqueness, the Lyon-based broker has become a benchmark over the years, posting sales of 2.9 million euros in 2020.
Assurgérance currently protects over 1,600 buildings across France and 25,000 homes in its rental management business.
Based in Lyon, Assurgérance strengthens the presence of Odealim and its firms Brun & JCD, Insor Lyon and Roseline Brun among Lyon-based advertising agencies. This intensified network gives Odealim the opportunity to delve deeper into the region’s specific features and local expectations. The Assurgérance teams have thus added to the workforce at the Lyon center, making it the Odealim group’s second multidisciplinary site.
