The Odealim Group, a specialist in insurance brokerage and real estate financing, has announced the appointment of Rémi-Mathieu Prizzon as Managing Director of its Real Estate Insurance and Construction division. In this capacity, he joins the Group’s Executive Committee.
A graduate of ESSEC (Master of Finance and Real Estate), the University of Chicago (MBA Finance and Risk) and the University of Paris II Assas (Master of Private Law / Insurance Law), Rémi-Mathieu Prizzon, 41, has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance sector.
He began his career at Chanel, in the Finance and Risk department, before joining international insurance broker Aon in 2006. Starting out as a broker, he progressed through various management positions to become Director of the Property department, the Tertiary division and a member of its Executive Committee, before joining the governance of the Odealim group.
A specialist in tertiary asset risks – residential real estate, logistics, hotels, healthcare, financial institutions, retail and education – he has supported and placed a large number of complex international programs.
Reporting to Xavier Saubestre, President, and Xavier Paturel, General Manager of the Odealim Group, Rémi-Mathieu Prizzon will be responsible for :

- Define, manage and implement the strategy of the Real Estate & Construction Insurance division in line with the Group’s objectives;
- Manage business performance, quality and profitability;
- Manage and support the division’s staff (nearly 400 employees);
- Support the Group’s growth in new markets and the integration of acquisitions.
