The Odealim group, France’s leading property insurance specialist, today announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Emeria group, with a view to acquiring its subsidiary Assurimo, a captive broker for its Foncia real estate network. This transaction is accompanied by the signing of an exclusive partnership agreement, the aim of which is to pursue the development of real estate insurance for Emeria group customers in France.
For the Odealim group, this acquisition is in line with its strategy as a leader in the insurance market distributed by real estate professionals. It will enable Odealim to consolidate its position by supporting Europe’s leading real estate services group in the deployment of real estate insurance solutions for its customers in France, and to build up a nationwide network.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the second half of 2025, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals and informing and consulting the relevant employee representative bodies.
