Taking advantage of its presence at the SOLUCOP condominium trade show in Toulouse on May 15 and 16, the Odealim group, a leading omnichannel player in consulting and solutions dedicated to real estate-related projects, today announced the opening of its Toulouse office.
Based at 7 boulevard Carnot, in the heart of the “ville rose”, around ten Odealim Group employees will help real estate and construction professionals to benefit from the best insurance offers, and private individuals to benefit from tailor-made support in financing their projects and managing their assets. With this new location in the Occitanie region, the Odealim Group is continuing its quest for ever greater territorial coverage in France, particularly in the south-west of the country where the Group has historically had little presence. Among its priorities: with 10,000 lots and 500 buildings currently insured in the Occitan region by its Assurgérance, Brun et JCD, Courtage de France and JBL courtage agencies, and with professional clients already in the region for rental management risks, the Odealim Group intends to capitalize on this solid base to rapidly develop its condominium management business.
