Digital Insure, a French insurtech specializing in loan insurance and personal protection, and Odealim, a leading national real estate insurance broker, today announced that they have joined forces. The two partners have agreed that Odealim will acquire a stake in Digital Insure. They share a common desire to capitalize on their insurance expertise for those who make up the real estate market.

With this merger, Digital Insure and Odealim – with the support of Odealim’s shareholder, TA Associates – are pursuing their strategic development aimed at establishing a long-term presence in the real estate vertical.
Already a leader in the needs of its condominium and rental management customers, Odealim continues to accelerate its innovative solutions offering, notably in loan insurance.
This alliance gives Digital Insure new resources to strengthen its presence among brokers and boost its diversification policy. Their strong technological culture – they have been a member of FrenchTech 120 since January this year – and their ability to offer 100% online services will also accelerate Odealim’s transformation, whether in terms of optimizing the customer experience or diversifying its distribution channels.
With Odealim and TA Associates, Digital Insure has acquired two first-rate partners who share its ambitions in terms of organic development and external growth, and its vision of the evolution of their respective markets.
