This transaction comes at a time when the loan insurance market is opening up even further to free competition, and thus offers new prospects. Odealim thus confirms its quest for ever greater mastery of the real estate vertical, and its ambitions in terms of the digital transformation of its offering and customer experience. This new equity investment in Digital Insure, encouraged by the sharing of resolutely human values, is the natural next step in the adventure begun two years ago with the merger of Odealim and the insurtech member of FrenchTech 120 since January 2020. With this move, the two players crystallize their shared desire to pool and increase their resources, expertise and partner networks, to the benefit of the growth of the Odealim group’s various entities. <\/p>\n Odealim’s takeover of Digital Insure offers a unique opportunity to extend synergies – which are already considerable – by capitalizing on the insurtech company’s know-how in loan insurance and personal protection (technology, distribution and business expertise, able to offer a 100% online experience), as well as the distribution network of Odealim and its subsidiaries, such as that of Artemis courtage, which already markets the Digital Insure offer, and the resources provided by Ardian and TA Associates.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Christophe Grouas, a member of Odealim’s Management Board, will now take up the position of Managing Director of Digital Insure, supported by Ludovic Magnin as Deputy Managing Director.<\/p>\n For almost 10 years, Digital Insure’s founders have been tirelessly driving the company’s growth and development. Today, they wish to hand over the reins and play a valuable role alongside the new General Management team.
