With this operation, Odealim is further expanding its activities to provide even greater support for the group’s customers, enabling them to benefit from the full potential of real estate.<\/strong><\/p>\n Faithful to its vocation, the Odealim group continues to nurture its strategic development by investing in the enhancement and digitalization of its offering, with the aim of meeting the needs of all types of players via its various structures. This is the purpose of the acquisition of Euodia, which will continue to operate under its own brand in synergy with the other entities of the Odealim group. <\/strong> <\/p>\n The firm, founded in 2009 with the ambition of opening up access to wealth management to as many people as possible, will bring innovative digital investment solutions<\/strong> to Odealim Group customers and employees. Plug & play and aligned with the group’s target IT architecture, these solutions will be easy to implement and rapidly operational.<\/p>\n Building on this diversification, the Odealim Group is further structuring its offering with thecreation of a “Wealth Management” division. <\/strong>“Wealth Management<\/strong><\/span>This complements the three existing divisions (Property & Construction Insurance \/ Credit \/ Loan & Personal Protection Insurance). This new division will benefit from the expertise of Euodia’s 25 employees and 90 agents in savings products and their respective tax regimes, facilitating access to a wide variety of real estate<\/strong> (SCPI, Pinel, D\u00e9membrement, LMNP\/LMP, Monuments historiques, Ehpad) and financial<\/strong> investments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Since its launch, Euodia has invested in digital technology to democratize wealth management,<\/strong> notably via its showcase website (euodia.fr), its specialized websites (scpi-8.com, per.fr…), and its albR web application. Equipped with artificial intelligence<\/strong>, its web app gives users a global view of their financial assets and personalized recommendations based on an analysis of their investments. A strength for the Odealim group, which intends to continue digitizing its customer paths.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Group will also be able to capitalize on the albR Pro business platform<\/strong>, conceived and designed by Euodia. The result of collaboration between developers and wealth management consultants, this CRM tool revolutionizes customer relationship management by providing end-to-end online support:<\/strong> wealth audits, automatic management of the regulatory process, recommendation simulation, underwriting via electronic signature, electronic document management (EDM), aggregation of customer contracts, invoicing and file tracking.<\/p>\n 15 years after its creation, Euodia, which has a strong presence in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Aix-en-Provence and Rennes, has over 10,000 active customers and more than \u20ac1 billion in cumulative investments.
