Creation of Assurcopro (LMS Courtage)<\/h3>\n

Our story began in Nice in 1927 with the creation of Assurcopro (LMS Courtage), a brokerage firm specializing in building insurance. The firm quickly established itself as the benchmark for property insurance on the C\u00f4te d’Azur. And because proximity is the key to relevance, Assurcopro expanded, opening offices in Paris and Cannes.<\/p>\n

The group becomes ODEALIM<\/h3>\n

This group of brokers decided to take things a step further by joining forces under a single name and identity, with the aim of pooling their resources and strengthening their negotiating power.
The Assurcopro group thus changed its name to ODEALIM. The arrival of the TA Associates fund further strengthens the group’s development, which is now expanding into the wholesale brokerage sector with the arrival of Corim Assurances, and into the BET sector with the arrival of Pisano Assurances Conseils. In addition, new sites have been opened in Lyon, Marseille and Grenoble.<\/p>\n

A diversified offering with Art\u00e9mis Courtage<\/h3>\n

The group’s expansion continues with the strengthening of its construction activities thanks to the arrival of Globale Assure, CGR Assurances and start-up Simplis.<\/p>\n

The Lyon division is also expanding, with the arrival of Assurg\u00e9rance, BVD and SCA Brun, bringing their expertise in rental management. In August 2021, the arrival of Art\u00e9mis Courtage will accelerate the diversification of our offering towards credit brokerage and real estate financing. The summer of 2021 also marks the arrival of the Raise fund alongside TA Associates.<\/p>\n

During 2022, the Ardian fund joins the venture.
Digital Insure, a French insurtech specializing in loan and provident insurance, becomes a 100% subsidiary of the Group in September 2022.
The Property and Construction Insurance division is strengthened by the arrival of start-up Cautioneo, JBL Courtage, Groupe Bac and Courtage de France.<\/p>\n

The wealth management division is created with the arrival of Euodia. Odealim. are nearly 100 sales outlets and 10 regional management centers in : Caen, Cannes, Grenoble, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Paris and Tours.<\/p>\n
